Returns Policy

Once you have placed an order with us, we operate the following returns procedures.

You have the right to cancel your order until 14 days after the date you received the goods.

In this instance, we will refund the purchase price in full if the item is returned in its original intact packaging and unused.

The cost of returning the item is not included and is at the buyers expense.

We would normally request the reason for wanting to return the item and would need a copy of the original purchase invoice.

If the item is faulty in any way, we will of course refund in full or replace the item depending on your wishes.

If the item is faulty or damaged, please send photographic evidence if at all possible.

If we have supplied your order incorrectly, we will endeavour to rectify as soon as possible.

After the 14 day period, regretfully we are unable to accept return of unwanted or incorrectly ordered items except in exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately, electric heated towel rails are made to order and as such are "Special Orders" and not returnable.

If it is agreed that the item can be returned, the cost of return is at the buyers expense, and suitable insurance should be taken out depending on the cost of the item.

A restocking charge would normally apply and as this varies from item to item, we will advise you before any action is taken.

In either case, once the item has been returned, we will notify you that we have received it and checked it, and any refund will be credited via the original purchase platform.

Once it has been agreed that the item can be returned, it must be returned within 14 days. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of return.
