 Pricing
BST Accessories aims to reflect the most accurate information on items offered at all times. We will make all reasonable efforts to present accurate information but we cannot guarantee the price or our ability to supply any particular item. Occasionally publishers may increase their prices unexpectedly, and this is often something we become aware of only upon ordering stock. In the event that this occurs, or in the event of a pricing error howsoever caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Privacy
BST Accessories recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information you give to us is stored securely, and is not accessible to other users. Any information you give to us will not be shared with any other company, unless you give us your express consent. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you or pass your information to another trader unless you have given us your consent. In order to process your payment we may, however, provide financial information to our account processors (including Banks and such organisations). In addition, you may notify us if you do not wish to receive any further marketing information from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will not collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will endeavour to ensure the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with the law. If you have any questions/comments about privacy, you should email us. We do not knowingly collect for company use any personal information of children under 12 without the consent of their parent or carer.

BST Accessories uses 128 bit SSL encryption and verified fraud prevention to ensure the highest security for credit card and personal details submitted to us over the Internet.
Refunds & Guarantees
BST Accessories operates a 'no questions asked' returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations if you return your item within 7 working days of receiving delivery of your order. Please note that any postage costs incurred when returning your items during this period will be at your own cost, unless the item is damaged, or was sent in error. Please follow the return directions below. This policy does not extend to any perishable items, sealed audio, video recordings or computer software (which have been unsealed), which are subject to our standard returns policy (see below).
Standard Returns Policy
After the 'no questions asked' 7 day period we will be more than happy to accept items for return in any of the following cases:
The item was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund (including postage costs). Please state which option you'd prefer. If you require a replacement, we will wait to receive the faulty item(s) from you before dispatching replacement(s).
The item was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, a full refund (including postage costs) will of course be given.
The item does not meet with your requirements. This is subject to the following conditions: The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the UK, 28 days in any country outside the UK.
It must be in its originally despatched condition.
It must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.
NB: We regret that, in this case, postage costs cannot be refunded.
Provided the conditions above are met BST Accessories will refund the cost of all such returns provided the items are returned to us by the most economical method. The items remain your property until we have received them. Returns are accepted at the discretion of BST Accessories. Refunds will be given in the same tender type as the original payment. Please allow 14 days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
Use of Site
BST Accessories reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel transactions at it's discretion, if BST Accessories believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law or our terms and conditions, or is harmful to the interests of BST Accessories. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Contracts are established at time of dispatch.
